Common issues with login

1. Make sure that you are using the right username

If you have already been a Liaison customer before registering to the Liaison eInvoicing Portal and you have LENS-username, your username to the Liaison eInvoicing Portal will be the same as the LENS-username.

If you haven't been a Liaison customer before registering to the Liaison eInvoicing Portal, your user name will be your e-mail address

2. Make sure you've confirmed your e-mail address

E-mail address has to be confirmed in order to login to the portal. Please check your e-mail inbox for the confirmation message and follow the link in it to confirm your address.

3. Didn't get confirmation message?

It is possible that your e-mail thinks that the confirmation message is junk mail. Check your e-mail trash folder and junk mail folder.
